Everyone 16 yrs. or older needs an Illinois fishing license and a Lake Michigan Salmon stamp. I have 24hr licenses on the boat, cost is $12 for Illinois residents, and $17 for non-residents. If you have an Illinois license but no Salmon stamp you have to get one online or from a bait shop, I do not have stamps on the boat. The 24hr licenses have a stamp included.
